There's so much news so I just have to condense it because I'm WRECKED!!!!

1. Colette is closing it's doors for over a month from the 7th of July for renovations!! In the meantime they have a little pop-up store set up outside it to feed the hungry! It's being renovated by a Japanese dude called Masamichi Katayama who is famous for designing the Bathing Ape store as well BBC/Ice-Cream store in Tokyo and OriginalFake in Tokyo. I can't wait to see it in September when I'm heading to Paris to generally make love to the place!! Also, Colette are doing a limited edition concept store with GAP in New York! Wowsers, hands in all the pies there!

3. Kid Sister has cancelled her gig with A-Trak in Dublin!! Why is everyone cancelling?????STOP!!!

I nearly fell out of my standing the other day when I re-discovered this track that I came to know thanks to Tim Westwood of all people (back when he was cool and not being a galord on pimp my ride!) Anywho, I loved it! Where is Lady of Rage now I wonder?? And where is Death Row?? BRING BACK SUGE KNIGHT!!

Two things that I have come across recently that just cannot go without a mention because it's crawling under my skin!!
No. 1: Booka Shade have decided to do a collaboration design with K-Swiss!!!WHY?????How upsetting! Stick to the DJing boys because you're only the BOMB at that but no more runners please, they look ridiculous and K-Swiss is not what it used to be, i.e: Good. Beatportal seem to be delighted to be giving them away for free though! Some of you may want to shield your eyes, here is the evidence!!

No.2: I recently read an interview with WeSmoke fags and was ENRAGED when i read them saying the following:
"Hadouken are simply fake. White, middle class students, ripping of the likes of black, urban artists like JME and Dizzie with a few electronic beats." Who the fuck do they think they are???!!! It's people like them that need a good slap in the mouth! Hadouken! have never claimed to be anything that they're not, just listen to their lyrics. It's snobbery like that that alienates people!!! Music is for everyone. DICKS!
P.S: I actually really like We Smoke Fag's music, just not their senseless comments!

I can't believe I'm doing this but.......

.....I really like Agyness Deyn's dress here!!!! Generally, I can't see what the fuss is about coz i really think she looks TOE UP most of the time but this dress is just......i could eat it it looks so good. I can't find the designer so if anyone knows please drop me a line or what have ye!!!!

Tony Toca

I came across this gem of a song and nearly cried! Not because I think it's overly amazing (but it is good and reminds me of some very good times!!!!) but because it reminded me of the heartache I felt when I realised that I had lost my Tony Tonch Piecemaker album. It's a rareity from Tommy Boy Records and I haven't been able to find another one anywhere since! I really love that album and it was given to me by a very good friend!
Those of you who feel physical pain when you lose a good cd will understand!
Anywho, video is fun to watch, I'm at a loss as to what Total are wearing but am loving the big gold jewelery at the start, especially that chain that the annoying guy at the beginning is wearing, I would enjoy wearing me something like that.
Anyway here's the video. And R.I.P to my Tony Touch - The Piecemaker Album. (For any smart asses out there I realise that there is a Piecemaker album in most shops but it's not the right one, it's part two and it ain't no great shakes!!)

Colette (Heart's) Ed Banger!

Every month Colette has a sort of guest of honour. Last month it was Married to the Mob with the Reebok Freestyle collaboration (which i wrote about in March/April??). This month it's the Ed Banger crew (although I'm pretty sure they are always guests of honour!!). The reason being this month is not only because of the release of Ed Rec 3 but also because of Busy P's collaboration with Nike to produce the Nike Air Force x Busy P (more than likely with the help of SoMe!! - let's be real!). They are pretty damn cool I must admit, I am particularly loving the rainbow sole, but of course with most limited eds like this, you're probs not gonna get a pair!!
